Method

Five commitments.
Not a process deck.

Every studio has a process. Ours is a set of promises. You can hold us to each one.

01
Listen

We map the constraint.

The audit is five questions. We don't propose before we've understood — and we don't make you book a call to receive a thing we've already figured out.

02
Measure

We expose what the data says.

Lighthouse via Google's PageSpeed Insights API. Schema audited live. Public profile signals checked. We don't speculate about anything we can verify.

03
Decide

We cite every fix.

Each recommendation is tied to a benchmark, a study, or your own number. If a citation breaks, we don't recommend it.

04
Build

We ship the working thing.

Where the answer is a build, we engineer it — accessible, fast, deployable by a non-engineer. Nothing locked behind our login.

05
Hold

We stay until it lands.

Delivery isn't the end. We check the numbers after launch, hand over documentation a non-engineer can follow, and stay reachable for 30 days at no extra charge.

If we don't surface a real gap in the audit, the audit is free — which it already is. What that means in practice: if the advisory hour doesn't produce at least one actionable finding you didn't already have, we'll refund it.
